As a Commercial Exec at elm, you'll have ownership of initiating and managing prospect companies in the FMCG industry as well as helping to ensure customer success on the platform. This is a hybrid role putting as much emphasis on existing customer success as winning new business.

What you'll do:

  • Proactively seek out sales opportunities and cultivate a pool of potential customers
  • Create effective outbound sales materials
  • Take charge of outbound sales efforts to contribute towards achieving our business objectives
  • Support our team in managing accounts and providing assistance to ensure our customers' success
  • Act as a representative for our customers and offer valuable feedback to internal teams

Requirements

About you

  • You have at least 1 year experience working in B2B software sales or within the FMCG space
  • You're self-motivated and excited to work in a startup environment
  • You're well organised and a strong communicator
  • You're comfortable working at a fast pace to ambitious targets
  • You have experience using sales CRM software and running sales processes
  • You care about success, learning, and growing professionally

Note: we're a London based company but are ~90% remote (we like to try meet up regularly for in person sessions). The ideal candidate will live in London or be ready to regularly travel to London easily from within the UK.
