Dandara Living is recruiting a Residential Leasing Coordinator on a fixed term contract basis to join our centralised residential lettings team at our prestigious build-to-rent headquarters in Altrincham.
What you will do
- Organising, supporting administrative tasks whilst continuing to complete own tasks.
- Communication to site teams
- Communication to applicants
- Updating and tracking pipelines
- Always ensuring compliance.
- Communicating with Referencing companies
- Keeping applicants updated via phone and written communication.
- Drawing up agreements and legal documents
- Auditing and checking documents.
What you will have
- Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
- Good communication skills
- Organised and ability to prioritise tasks
- Good knowledge and understanding of Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Work well to deadlines
