Jobsworth Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/Loaders & Unloaders in the Worcester area.

Duties for this Warehouse Operative consist of:

  • Picking and packing
  • Palletising
  • Assisting in the goods in section consisting of booking in orders, deliveries, quality checking products and replenishment
  • General warehouse maintenance for example clean tidy workspace.

The ideal Warehouse Operative will need to:

  • Ideally be physically able as endurance is a massive part of the role, not so much on the heavy lifting side as this role consists of continuous order picking and packing.
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse operative role is desirable.
  • Have great communication skills

Working hours for this Warehouse Operative position are:

  • Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 with 30 minute lunch break and a 15 minute tea break.

Pay for this Warehouse Operative position is:

  • £10.50ph
