What you'll be doing

The Meeting & Events Co-ordinator prepares event documentation and co-ordinates with sales, hotel departments, and customers to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event, and post event phases.

Theyensure all hotel events have a seamless turnover from sales to service and back to sales and recognise opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling and offering enhancements to create an even better and more memorable event.

Experience of computerised booking systems
Previous hotel events experience is a big plus but not essential
