We are seeking an experienced and passionate Goalkeeper Coach to join our team and elevate the performance of our goalkeepers.

As a Goalkeeper Coach, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs tailored to the specific needs of our goalkeepers, fostering their technical skills, tactical understanding, and psychological resilience.

Your primary goal will be to develop our goalkeepers into confident and reliable performers who excel in match situations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute training sessions focused on goalkeeperspecific skills such as shotstopping, positioning, distribution, communication, and decisionmaking.
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of individual goalkeepers through regular evaluations and create personalized development plans to address areas of improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to goalkeepers during training sessions and matches to enhance their performance and confidence.
• Collaborate with the head coach and other members of the coaching staff to integrate goalkeeper training into the overall team strategy and tactics.
• Mentor and motivate goalkeepers to cultivate a positive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
• Monitor the physical fitness and injury status of goalkeepers and work closely with the sports science and medical staff to optimize their conditioning and recovery.
• Communicate effectively with goalkeepers, coaching staff, players, and management to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.

Pay:
£10.00-£20.00 per hour
