The Restaurant is open 7 days a week and as a result you will be required to work regular day time shifts to include weekends and public/bank Holidays.
Noevening work is required, however you need to be willing to work additional paid hours during our Peak Trading season.
You will need to provide and maintain your own whites.
Working with a mix of experienced and new team members you'll be key to providing a great experience to customers and visitors.
This is a unique venue therefore seeking someone who will bring their passion, enthusiasm and flair for creating a great experience,not just a meal, to the team.
You must bring with you a minimum of 3 years' experience, a passion for delivering simple food well and to celebrate local and seasonal produce is a must.

Responsibilities:
- To monitor and maintain consistent food standards and quality across all areas and during all stages of production and supply.
- A flair and enthusiasm for cooking with fresh quality ingredients
- Ability to cope under pressure, in a calm and efficient manner to set deadlines
- Previous experience demonstrating good management and effective coordination of a
- Good interpersonal skills with both kitchen, front of house staff and management
- Word, Excel and Outlook IT skills to basic level
- Experienced in HACCP (Hazards, analysis and critical control point)
- Knowledge and experience of food costing and budget control.
Rate of pay:
£28,000 per annum, plus commission and monthly bonus
