Office Administrator / Claims Handler

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Book in appointments for site visits
  • Process and manage insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all claims.
  • Liaise with insurance companies to follow up and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Inputting invoices on to Sage accounting
  • Using company systems including, but not exclusively, Drupal CRM, Service M8 and Joist
  • Collaborate with architects, loss adjusters, clients, and subcontractors

Requirements for this role
Experience of dealing with home insurance claims

Exceptional organisation with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Knowledge of building schedule of works is a bonus.

Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
