JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in maintaining the kitchen operations and upholding the company's culinary standards.
• Support in the preparation and cooking of menu items as per the Manager's guidance.
• Contribute to menu planning, staying abreast of upcoming food trends, and showcasing creativity in service and concepts within the establishment.
• Aid in stock management as needed.
• Ensure smooth and efficient workflow within your designated section.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Leaving Cert level education.
• NVQ certification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated progressive background in catering.
• Genuine enthusiasm for food and customer service.
• Creative approach to menu creation and food presentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and receptiveness.
