About the role
As a Business Analyst you are joining us at a really exciting time The business transformation and data strategy function at Arval UK is evolving.
You work is vital to the delivery of the Data Strategy and this is a chance to make a real difference.
Working as part of this innovative function you are vital members of enterprise data function, you will responsible for gathering user stories and writing specifications to sufficient detail to populate the product backlog.
You will support our Data Delivery Lead to turn these requirements in to robust business data solutions demonstrating business understanding and offering a solutionthat fits in line with company & data strategy.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for executing Business Analysis requirements across Arval UK.This will include but not limited to:
- Proactively identifying opportunities for data solutions to better meet the business and customer needs
- Ensuring changes have met customer expectations
- Delivery is practical, robust and in line with Data Strategy
- Build and develop positive relationships with all internal and external colleagues
- Cross function collaboration, AGILE working

About You
As Business Analyst at Arval UK you must enjoy data visualisation, data gathering and working closely with development teams and Agile Sprint methodology.
You must be able to work with stakeholders at all levels within the business and to make the complex simple, finding effective solutions that can be implemented and have longevity.
Additionally, you will be a self-motivated independent worker and fast learneras there will be open to using new tools and systems.
Essential skills required:
- Confident communication skills written and oral
- Business Analyst gathering experience and/or qualification
- Specification writing
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI)
- Good understanding of data visualisation. Experience of Tableau a distinct advantage
