Responsibilities

Expected to be adaptable based on business needs. Daily tasks may vary, but typically include the following:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience.
  • Handling cash transactions
  • Utilizing our Epos System
  • Assisting the supervisor in managing the outlets
  • Overseeing stock control and assisting with monthly stocktakes
  • Maintaining cleanliness and attractiveness of front-of-house areas for customers
  • Serving food to customers
  • Performing general cleaning of both front and back of house areas
  • Sweeping/Mopping and general housekeeping to ensure high cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
  • Preparing other public-facing areas as needed
  • Participating in relevant training, such as obtaining Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications

Requirements

  • Prior experience in hospitality is advantageous but not required as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Flexibility in terms of shifts
  • An exceptional team player with a positive attitude
