About Our Client:

We are working with an highly reputable business based in Northwich, established in the Sales industry.

Communicating with a wide range range of customers in a fast moving market, they are looking for a Customer Operations Co-ordinator to join their Sales team and provide exceptional levels of customer service.


Key responsibilities for a Customer Operations Co-ordinator are:

  • Responding and managing customer enquiries with potential and existing customers
- actively reviewing and managing client dashboards and providing solutions quickly and effectively

  • Prepare and supply quotations
  • Work closely with the team to ensure KPI targets are met
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customer standards are met
  • Handling all aspects of customer requests including discrepancies in a timely and professional manner

The Successful Applicant:

  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience in a Customer Service background
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Ability to work individually and in a team
  • Experience in processing orders
