Client Base:
- Diverse and high-quality clientele.

Core Responsibilities:
- Assist senior team members in managing client relationships and accounts, attending client meetings as needed.
- Collect and review underwriting information from clients, conduct thorough due diligence/Know Your Customer checks as part of our USP, and understand their insurance needs.
- Negotiate in the Financial Institution insurance market, including Lloyd's of London, to procure competitive insurance terms.
- Prepare policy documents, including Lloyd's slips, and client information materials.
- Ensure accurate recording of all client details within internal systems.
- Address client and insurer inquiries proactively, while keeping senior members informed appropriately to uphold high service standards.
- Develop detailed technical expertise in the financial institutions sector, financial lines insurance products, and the broader insurance market.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with team members and the insurance industry.
Essential Personal Criteria:
- A solid educational background, aiming for or achieving a first-class or 2:1 degree, preferably in Finance, Maths, Economics, or Law (relevant professional experience may also be considered).
- Minimum of 3 months experience in office and client-facing roles, preferably in professional services.
- Dependable and professional with strong work ethics, a presentable demeanor, and a positive, approachable personality coupled with a proactive attitude.
- Driven to succeed, self-motivated, and a team player.
