Teaching Personnel are working closely with a reputable secondary school in the Steyning area who are currently seeking a supportive and positive cover supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the educational journey of students in a role that is both challenging and rewarding.

Position Details:

• Permanent role starting in September.
• 30 hours per week during term time.
• Supervise groups or whole classes during teacher absences or professional development sessions.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a school setting or working with young people.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students.
• A proactive approach to student learning and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
