Position Details:
Salary: £27,334 to £29,777 per annum, equivalent to £22,162 to £24,143 per annum pro rata
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Part-time 30 hours per week - 4 days per week, hybrid working model with some office presence
Location: Based in Bognor Regis
Family Safeguarding operates on a strengths-based approach to work with families, enabling them to remain together and ensuring the safety of children. This role involves supporting Social Workers by providing interventions to children and families, assisting in transition processes, and offering various services to meet identified needs.
The job entails building effective relationships with colleagues in Social Care, Foster Carers, and other organizations to deliver an integrated service, ultimately facilitating positive changes and empowering children and youth to thrive.
