Copello are pleased to be partnered with a large engineering services consultancy, recruiting for a Senior Requirements Engineer to join their team.

The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.

The Requirements Engineer will be working in partnership with national government bodies and other global prime contractors, leading and supporting the management of requirements through the Systems Engineers lifecycle.

To be considered for this opportunity, the Senior Requirements Engineer must have demonstrable experience and knowledge of;

  • The elicitation of capability & user requirements
  • The generation and on-going management of systems requirements
  • Systems testing and acceptance and an understanding of MBSE
  • Experience of DOORS Software to support the requirements management process
  • Experience working across operating domains, ideally MOD or Defence

Working in a fast paced, safety critical environment the Senior Engineer will join an established team and have the skills and competencies to get fully emersed in the project straight away.

The role will be operating in a hybrid working fashion. Predominantly from home with the willingness and ability to go to the office and travel to customer sites when required.

To be considered, you must be eligible to obtain SC Clearance and have lived in the UK for at least 5 years.
