RMN Nurse

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and implementing care for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Abut the role:
- Conducting patient assessments to evaluate mental health needs
- Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual patients
- Administering medication and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and evaluating patient progress
- Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Educating patients on coping mechanisms and self-care strategies
Qualifications, Certificates & Experience:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification with current NMC registration
- PMVA Training
- DBS on update service
- Proven experience in mental health nursing
- Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of anatomy and its relevance to mental health care
- Demonstrated ability in patient care and empathy
Pay & Benefits:
