As a Financial Analyst joining us at our Head Office in Shirebrook. You will operate as part of a centralised analyst function, focusing on the financial operation across the group.You will be part of a dynamic team working at the hub of the business, supporting high-level strategic decision making.
Working with various data sets within our property department - analysing, interpreting and drawing conclusions to support business critical decisionsUsing learnings from data & analytics to optimise efficiency across all areas of the business
Identifying trends in data and making recommendations on operational improvements to a variety of stakeholders throughout the business
Building relationships with different stakeholders
Creating, maintaining, and improving Excel reports
Degree/equivalent in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics or similar.
~Experience within a retail setting handling property data is advantageous but not necessary for the right person
~ Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
~ Commercial mindset- able to operate in a global commercial business and translate technical data into business conclusions
