The post holder has responsibility for identifying audiences, partners and collaborators locally, nationally and internationally, ensuring activity promotes collaboration and access, and innovative programming that supports our research, knowledge and teaching.

Through establishing and overseeing the management of a range of creative learning spaces and forums with audiences, partners and colleagues, a key responsibility for this post is bringing public engagement and research together to foster new relationships, strategic alliances, and collaborations aimed at deepening and broadening our impact and engagement with a diverse range of audiences.

The Public Programmes Manager will also play a key role in developing a paid for/ticketed public programme as part of the Museum's evolving income strategy.
