The Group is looking to appoint a high-potential emerging Treasury professional to lead the Treasury function's operational activities and support Corporate Finance through a potential exit process in the future.
Key Responsibilities :
nOverall responsibility for cash management across the Group - optimising cash, minimise borrowing and costs across treasury & financing.nStakeholder management of the operating entities on all cash & treasury aspects.nManaging commercial banking relationships.nOwner of the Treasury Policy across the Group.
Profile:
Group-level Treasury experience within a similar scale and complexity of business (PE backed or listed) preferably across Industrials, industrial manufacturing, supply chain or business services environments.nOperating within a complex Group's Treasury function with multiple operating entities and markets including mainland Europe.nDemonstrable experience leading core operational treasury activities including implementing Treasury policies, 13-week cash flow forecasting, funding, managing RCF's & associated banking relationships, FX Hedge trades.nACT / AMCT qualification.
