Due to expansion we are looking for two enthusiastic and personable receptionists to join our friendly and professional team at Vets4Pets Biggleswade Our practice is based on the new White Way Retail Park with easy access to the A1 and free onsite parking.


The role will include meeting and greeting clients, booking appointments, taking payments, administration tasks, general daily cleaning and communicating confidently with customers and colleagues.

Attributes required - a friendly and welcoming face for clients and their pets on arrival at the practice. The ability to provide guidance by yourself and keeping up to speed with practice services. Calm, attentive and always focused on our clients' needs.

You must be able to deal with everything thrown at you from comforting a client who has had bad news about their pet or sharing in the joy of a new puppy's first visit to the vet.

Your personality needs to be infectious, enthusiastic about your role and your passion for customer service is matched with your love of pets.

These are part-time roles:
The first role with various shifts between 8.30am-8pm weekdays. There is also a weekend rota of 1 in 4 (Saturday 8:30 - 18:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 16:00).

The second position is for Saturdays
