We are looking for a Head of Offender Management Services to join the team at HMP Ashfield, an adult male sex offender facility located in Pucklechurch, South Gloucestershire. Your main focus will be on assessing, planning, and delivering sentence requirements for offenders, both in the community and in custody. This role involves ensuring a coordinated approach between the Prison and Probation Services to support prisoners through their sentencing journey, addressing their individual risks and needs.
As part of the Senior Management Team, you will report directly to the Deputy Director and be responsible for the following:
- Ensure a respectful and safe environment for prisoners and staff
- Oversee the performance of the Offender Management Function and its staff
- Manage the achievement of Contract Delivery Indicators (CDIs)
- Administer offender management systems, including OMiC, Public Protection Manual, VISOR, OASyS, and others
- Chair Release on Temporary Licence (ROTL) boards and oversee categorisation processes
- Allocate key workers and more
Requirements: Previous experience in an Offender Management role within a custodial setting, HUB manager experience within an OMU, and strong organizational and leadership skills.
