  • Flexible working hours Our Salon Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the smooth running of all aspects of operations within our busy salon. She will be contacting clients and scheduling appointments as well as assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of the salon, from daily tasks to more complex projects. With her charming, outgoing personality and dedication to excellence, she will make all clients feel valued and ensure that the full service experience is delivered on every visit, from setting up retail displays to helping clients find what they need.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business relationships with local businesses and help with PR.
  • Set up in-store promotions and features. -Work along side our in house social media and external marketing team Keeping the public informed of local happenings through social media, website updates, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure smooth delivery of the client experience on debut days.
  • Ensure that the appearance of the store is in line with the vision and mission of the company.
  • Oversee operation of the company's daytoday activities, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, projects, and ordering supplies.
  • Assist in payroll process as needed.
  • Taking all appointments and welcoming clients on arrival
  • Being responsible for all cash handling and taking deposits
  • General organisation of both salons to ensure smooth running
Applicants must have excellent communication, organisation and time
- keeping skills. Experience in a similar role required.
