THE GIG
***The EU HR Operations Coordinator will be working in an exciting and fast-paced HR Operations team on a 12 month Fixed Term basis, providing a high standard of support to the HR function and our employees who are based in the EMEA regions.

As our EU HR Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely within the team of HR Coordinators to provide support to our employees based in EMEA
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR related queries including liaising with the wider HR/Payroll Team
  • The full employee life cycle ensuring that all documentation from Starters, Leavers and Changes are processed in line within country legislations
  • The administration of correspondence as required relating to offer letters, contracts, leavers letters, etc
  • Sickness administration for in country teams, ensuring relevant authorities are notified and documentation is filed accordingly
  • Supporting with in country benefits administration e.g., meal vouchers, travel cards
  • Ensuring employee files are kept up to date and in line with GDPR requirements
  • Supporting both in country HR leads and payroll to provide a joinedup Operations experience for all employees to ensure that they receive the best employee experience
  • Processing weekly and monthly reporting tasks, i.e., end of fixed term contract reminders and service awards
  • Providing other ad hoc support and administration for the HR team as and when required
