The 90TEN offices are based in Battersea, London, but candidates have the option to be office-based or home- a mixture of both, by taking advantage of our Flexible Working Framework.

Account Manager (AM) is a mid-level role for those with existing communications and project management skills who are ready to take on more responsibility to secure and deliver existing and new business.

AMs will play a pivotal role in managing project timelines, finances, client service and overseeing the work of team members.

At 90TEN, you will receive on-the-job training to learn best practices from your colleagues and advance your career.

You will also have an opportunity to participate in face-to face and online courses tailored to your needs and interests.

On starting, you will be matched with a line manager and a buddy to guide and support you every step of the way.

Project management
Managing group projects and timelines
Using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
People management
Coaching and mentoring junior team members
Motivating and supporting team members
Creative content development
Development and review of creative content
Driving creative brainstorms
Adaptable writing style to different audiences
Reviewing materials and providing objective feedback (e.g. infographics, videos)
Client servicing
Financial management
Overseeing and developing project budgets
Reporting financial updates to team leads
