Plant Engineer - up to £44,000 + overtime (OTE up to £50k - £55k/year depending on experience). If you have a background as a Plant Inspector and knowledge of LOLER / PUWER / LEEA, this role might be for you.
This Plant Engineer position offers more than your typical engineer roles. Benefits for the Plant Engineer:
- Paid door to door & training provided for LEEA, IPAF, LOLER / PUWER, and other accredited courses.
- Salary can go up to £48k with OTE reaching £55k through overtime opportunities.

- On-the-job training available to eventually cover all machinery, including lifting and plant equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Experience working with various plant equipment like diggers, dumpers, excavators, compressors, telehandlers, and rollers.
- Maintain machinery by servicing, diagnosing, and repairing in a workshop and on-site while upholding high Health and Safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with company and HSE regulations regarding Health and Safety.
If you have:
- Prior experience as a plant fitter, technician, mechanic, or engineer.
- Worked on equipment like MEWPS, forklifts, telehandlers, and excavators.
- Good communication, knowledge of diesel engines, and relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
