Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Manchester based housing association who are looking to appoint Asbestos Surveyor. The role offers £26 per hour plus work mileage at 45ppm. This is an initial 3-month contract, with possibility to becomepermanent.

Asbestos Surveyor - Housing Association - About The Role:

  • Responsible for carrying out asbestos surveys to allow maintenance and investment works to be completed
  • Provide technical support on the management of asbestos data
  • Responsible for and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation including the Control of Asbestos Regulations
  • Assist on the development of the quality assurance process by validating asbestos information

Asbestos Surveyor - Housing Association - What You Need:

  • UK driving license
  • Minimum requirement of P402 Surveying and Sampling Strategies for Asbestos in Buildings or equivalent relevant qualification
  • Experience in the role of asbestos surveying within social housing on either the client or contractor side
