Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a motivated and skilled admin assistant to look after the admin side of our business whilst our Admin Manager is on maternity leave.
We expect this to be for a minimum of 9 months.
We're a small company based in Hull and we're involved in electrical safety testing (PAT Testing.) We provide training courses across the UK, we sell equipment and accessories and have a team of engineers out and about testing most days.
You'll be providing admin support to the business, mostly to the Director but you'll get involved in most aspects of the business from an admin perspective.
Sometimes you'll be in the office on your own, although you'll always be in contact with other staff via messaging.
Responsibilities:
- Processing training course bookings
- Putting invoices onto our Xero system
- Processing online sales orders
- General admin tasks, under the direction of the Director
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
