We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team.

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and grinding
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
• Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines and related tools
• Strong knowledge of SolidWorks and CAD software
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical equipment
• Knowledge of tooling and machining techniques
• Experience with plastics injection molding is a plus
• Ability to weld is a plus
