To provide Building materials for the Production Teams, so they are able to continue manufacturing products without having to prep before.

• To cut wires, sleeving etc to current BOM's and instructions
• To be able to use and program the provided machinery in order to fulfil the duties
• To ensure the machinery or tools used are calibrated regularly
• To work on own or as part of a team.
• To minimise waste of products whilst undertaking production duties.
• The packing of goods ready for shipment.
• Clean and maintain work areas on a daily basis.
• To make sure the company's procedures and processes and followed.
• Adhere to TVG's Health and Safety Policy.
• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.

• Ability to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines.
• Confident with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised and selfmotivated.
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability present information effectively.
• Adaptable.

• No experience necessary but a previous production/manufacturing role would be an advantage.
• Basic solder skills would be an advantage.
• Previous use of hand tools would be an advantage.
