As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the best possible customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers in placing orders.

You will play a key role in our lively team and carry out a range of duties such as,

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Processing customer sales orders
  • Inputting orders on to the system
  • Handling customer queries as required
  • Liaising closely with our dispatch team
  • Supporting administration and finance team as required

Skills & Personal Attributes

  • A happy and positive attitude is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good computer skills

Pay:
£25,000.00 per year
