Delegate Sales Executive

£30-£35k + Double OTE

Remote

The Company

A global digital media and events business within the HR industry. Attracting global HR, technology, learning and recruitment leaders for their major international conferences and exhibitions in Las Vegas and Paris.

The Role

Working directly within the delegate sales team and reporting to the Head of Delegate Sales to play a key role in driving revenue for the major international conferences and exhibitions. You will employ sales expertise to attract and retain high-quality delegates from the world's leading employers and most forward-thinking organisations, and ensure the events are well-attended and diverse. Using telesales, video and telemarketing techniques to sell delegate spaces at international conferences and exhibitions whilst developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • 3 years proven sales experience in a telesales or conference sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Fluency in french and other languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cutting-edge CRM platforms and database management.
  • Knowledge of the conference and exhibition industry is desirable.
