Kall Kwik, the market leader in business design and print, has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Support to join our team in Bury St Edmunds.

Your primary goal will be to work closely with the Managing Director in providing marketing support to our customers. In addition, you will also be working with our web team in a wide range of marketing activities.

Key duties will include:

  • Updating websites with new content
  • Producing monthly reports on customer support contracts
  • Using Google Analytics to produce reports on customers websites
  • Optimising Google Business Profiles
  • Writing, designing and posting content on social media platforms on behalf of our customers
  • Generating content for customers websites such as blogs and case studies
  • Monitoring social media performance and helping to grow audiences
  • Maintain marketing calendar and managing deadlines
  • Managing deadlines for shows on behalf of clients

Key skills required
Good team player with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail including accurate spelling, punctuation and grammar.


Proactive and highly organised, with excellent time management and planning skills, and a proven ability to juggle tasks in a fast paced environment.

An understanding of SEO and digital marketing would be an advantage, but training can be provided.

Ideally you will have at least one year's experience in a marketing role or a marketing qualification.

Alternatively, this role could be suitable for someone keen to develop into a marketing career as full training will be provided.
