Our buying team play a vital role in our overall business success, so we are always on the lookout for passionate individuals to join us to help us on our hunt for the best artisan foods and drinks the UK has to offer.

We are now looking for an Office Administrator working along side the Head of Buying and other Category Managers.

The role will include:

  • Completing spreadsheet work, Microsoft Excel experience is essential and will form 70% of your working day
  • General office duties, from creating documents (a good knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential), to making/taking calls and aiding all other office staff
  • Have a sound Knowledge of Google Drive
  • Sourcing data i.e. contacting proposed new suppliers for price lists, company information and trading terms
  • Must be able to negotiate with suppliers to deliver the best results for our Clients
  • Creating Supplier POS and Promotional POS
  • Create Supplier tasting calendars for our clients
  • Analyse sales data
  • Help with seasonal buying
  • Be able to travel off site to visit clients and Trade shows
  • Be able to stay away overnight on occasion


A key asset will be a passion for all things creative, a 'can do' attitude and the ability to adapt, multi-task and prioritise workload to achieve deadlines.

A passion for food is a must.

Full time hours 40 hours per week, 8.30am - 4.30pm

You must have your own transport due to the location of the office. this is an office based role
