Every role from KP to GM is important and valued

You will be passionate about wine and well versed on a selection of gins, beers and other spirits. You will be required to have availability over the weekend and evenings.

  • High level of customer service skills

  • Able to work clean and organised
  • Basic till operating knowledge an advantage
  • Making cocktails and drinks for customers
  • Have a good knowledge of cocktails and be excited to learn new ones
  • Ensuring that the bar is kept pristine at all times and following opening and closing procedures
  • Providing friendly customer service
  • Monitoring wastage
  • Ensuring staff policies are followed by all staff (uniform, customer service, holidays, etc)
  • Barista (Coffee) skills would be an advantage.
