Hours:
Mon

  • Fri 8 AM 6 PM (1 in 3 Saturday on a rota)

Responsibilities as our Service Advisor:

  • Proactively contact customers with progress of work updates
  • Provide customer estimates according to company policy on schedules, time and pricing
  • Notify customers promptly of completion of work
  • Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
  • Produce invoices of work carried out
  • Upsell of various products
  • Advise customers of necessary repairs

What we are looking for in our Service Advisor:

  • Full clean Driving Licence
  • Main dealer experience or have experience of such. Alternatively, a strong sales background would be beneficial as technical training will be given
  • Possess good technical knowledge with ability to answer customer queries
  • Computer skills essential
  • Knowledge of CDK desirable, although training will be given
  • Ability to use own initiative and multitask
  • Possess exceptional organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
  • A "Can Do Attitude "
