The Experience Education Student Travel Group is a collective of specialist brands dedicated to delivering exceptional and memorable travel experiences for schools and groups.


Our specialist brands operate across 5 unique travel categories: curriculum tours; expeditions; ski trips; sports tours; and UK activity centres and we have provided life-long memories to over 1.

5 million students


You will have the chance to work across multiple roles within our UK activity centre and French Ski resorts, giving you a true flavour of what it is like to work in the travel industry, as well as being able to experience the amazing trips we provide to young people.

You'll also get the opportunity to work in our head office across many departments.


Alongside this, you will also be provided with an Experience Education buddy and mentor as well as the unique opportunity to pick the brains, interact and learn from senior members of the business.


The programme will form of 4 placements, the first two of which will be in resort (3 months in a UK Activity Centre and 3 months in the French Alps at our Ski resorts - with full accommodation paid for), after which you will return to Brighton in the UK where you will gain exposure to our head office functions, which include Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance and all of the other cogs that go into the wheel of travel, as well as being involved in some key projects.

Your time in our head office will be separated into two 6-month placements in different functions to help mix up the teams that you work with and build a broad and valued experience giving you great foundations for a career in Travel.

What we are looking for


We're keen to find the next rising stars within the travel industry and to be considered we will be looking for people that have a keen interest in the travel industry, as well as having recently completed either an A level, a course, or an Apprenticeship in Travel.

As you will be returning to our Head Office for the latter parts of the program and potentially being offered a permanent position, living within commutable distance of Brighton will be required.


We will do all we can to ensure that you will be offered a permanent position at the end of the programme, however the positions available will be reviewed at this point so this is not guaranteed.
