Job Description:

As our Senior Operations Project Consultant you will...

  • Focus on reviewing our current estate opportunities within Pub Partners, specifically focusing on the L&T side.
  • You will have specific focuses on projects which could impact PP for example the Scottish Tied Bill
  • You will work across all functions within PP, engaging and influencing the right stakeholders to build a clear compelling justification for change that can be articulated at all levels required to get buyin and support necessary to deliver

What you'll bring...

  • Experienced in the Leased, Tenanted and Franchised Pub environments
  • Understands the Property strategic vision and can translate to PP
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering commercially focused projects for a fast paced, high growth, complex business
  • Demonstrable experience in leading largescale projects with investment of £5 million plus
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vision and Project
  • Experience in hospitality, retail and/or wholesale environment advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in projects that cut across multiple operating companies advantageous but not essential
  • Relevant Project Management qualifications advantageous
