We are recruiting for a wonderful opportunity to join a prestigious asset management firm based in the city of London.

This position is vacant due to a promotion of a team member who joined the business 18 months ago and has successfully gone on to join anotherpart of the business.

This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to gain experience across many areas in an asset management business.

You will be reporting to the Head of Client Services in the delivery and support of an enhanced (and digital) service and experience to clients.


As an administrator you will be:

  • Administrating the client portal
  • Assisting in the production of monthly Fund Fact Sheets
  • Assisting with implementation of new systems, policies and controls
  • Third Party Fund set ups on multiple platforms
  • Front office support experience in wealth management administration
  • Experience with Investment platforms (desired)
  • Must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's grade A-C or equivalent qualification
  • Enthusiasm and aptitude for digital client servicing and a general understanding of trends
