What you'll be doing
:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including variance analysis, cost analysis, and budget forecasts.
• Support the management accounting team in monthend and yearend closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data, analyze trends, and provide insights to support decisionmaking.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models, spreadsheets, and databases to facilitate efficient data analysis and reporting.
• Participate in cost control initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements and costsaving measures.
• Gain exposure to financial systems and software, assisting in data entry, reconciliation, and maintenance of financial records.
• Engage in adhoc projects and tasks as directed by senior members of the management accounting team, gaining exposure to a wide range of financial activities.

What we need from you
:

• A strong interest in pursuing a career in finance and management accounting.
• A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English, level 4 and above.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive and selfmotivated, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
