in Reigate with the recruitment of a Corporate Tax Director.

As a Corporate Tax Director, you will lead our corporate tax department and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients.

Reporting directly to the partners, you will be responsible for providing strategic tax advice, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients.
Providing high-level tax advisory services and strategic guidance.

Tax Planning and Compliance:
Developing and implementing tax planning strategies to optimize clients' tax positions.
Reviewing and advising on complex corporate tax matters, including M&A transactions and restructuring.
Ensuring compliance with relevant tax legislation and regulations.
Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support.
Overseeing the delivery of high-quality tax services and ensuring deadlines are met.
Participating in networking events and industry forums to enhance the firm's reputation and visibility.
ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive experience in corporate tax.
Proven track record in providing strategic tax advice and managing complex client engagements.
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and compliance requirements.
