We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our dedicated and hardworking team as a Sales & Operations Assistant.

We are a progressive and modern Bristol based company operating entirely online. We create custom products of value and purpose for our customers.

We work with some of the world's biggest brands and companies and have built a reputation on 5 star customer service, going the extra mile and the supply of high quality products.


We also have an online shop which we produce our own stock to sell worldwide, including items from Peter Rabbit, NASA, Ministry of Defence and much more.


Responsibilities and Duties

Some of your tasks and duties:

  • First point of contact for prospective customers
  • Answering telephone calls / online chats
  • Providing advice on our products (training provided)
  • Providing quotes
  • Demonstrating the benefits of our service
  • Following up on sales enquiries and existing outstanding orders
  • Data entry into order management system & accountancy software (training provided)
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding existing orders and new enquiries
  • Assigning & overseeing work for remote employees
  • Monitoring existing orders to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintaining a healthy stock for packaging supplies, shop stock and office consumables/stationery
  • Quality control checks on orders & preparing for delivery
  • Generating bulk shipping labels via CSV & Royal Mail Click & Drop (training provided)
  • Managing fulfilment for shop sales
  • Organising sample packs for new customers

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum of Grade C for Maths & English (or equivalent)
  • Fast & proficient Windows based computer skills
  • Fast & proficient web browser skills, using tabs, multiple windows, downloading files
  • An extremely helpful and pleasant approach to customer service
  • An excellent and confident telephone manner
  • A methodical, tidy and organised manner of working *ESSENTIAL*
    Favourable experience:
  • Google Chrome
  • Google mail platform and documents, including sheets/excel
  • Adobe
Full training given.

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:30 - 5:30pm

Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
