What qualities will you need for this role?
You will not be a shrinking violet so to speak, however you will be driven, energetic, motivated to succeed and above all be tenacious and fun to be around.
You will have experience in customer service, support services, and call handling.You will have experience working towards SLA's around service, call controls and customer resolution from any number of products or service led environments
Experience of working in a D2C model will be beneficial
You may have experience from a front-end store role previously and have always wanted to be more involved with the support-driven elements of the business
