Meraki Talent are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Global Client as an Assistant Finance Manager.
As an Assistant Finance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager in managing the financial operationsof the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Assisting in budgeting and forecasting
- Conducting financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Day to day management of a team
- Train and develop team members.
- Perform monthly 1:1's to comply with performance appraisal cycle.
- Managing financial transactions and reconciling accounts
- Providing support to the Finance Manager in other areas as required
Requirements:
- 23 years of relevant experience in a finance role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- University degree preferable
- Professional certification such as ACCA, ICAS or CIMA is a plus but not required.
