Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance food service
  • Creating a positive kitchen environment for the team
  • Supporting team in delivering tasty food concepts to customers
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I to maintain a positive brand image
  • Assisting with food ordering, stock control, and waste management
  • Overseeing kitchen cleaning for hygiene standards
  • Assisting team in managing budgets and meeting financial targets
  • Compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety standards
