Magna have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Skilled Labourer to join our team.

By joining our Asset Investment team, you'll work alongside dedicated individuals who are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to our success.

  • You will be responsible for providing general labouring, clearance and cleaning duties, alongside basic fencing, brick laying & concrete repairs.
  • General yard and basic maintenance duties.
  • The role encompasses a diverse and rewarding working routine, with great benefits, access to a company van, uniform, and all trade relevant power tools supplied.
  • This role adopts a Seasonal working pattern: April to September 44 Hours, October to March 34 Hours. (You will receive a set salary for 39 hours per week across both seasons).

What you need to be successful

  • Proven labouring experience within the building / trade industry.
  • Good understanding of property repair processes and materials, with the ability to work without supervision.
  • Good customer service skills alongside basic IT skills, as we manage our workload and record our tasks on a mobile device (iPad).
  • A full driving licence is essential.
