Self employed Multi trader/s required for a program of 50 void refurbishments.

Main skills required:
Carpentry, Plumping, tiling, plastering and decorating. (You dont need to possess all these skills but at least 2 to 3 of them would be ideal.)

Works range from minor / general tidying up of properties, FRA upgrades to full refurbishments.

A positive attitude and excellent time keeping are a must.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Freelance

Contract length: 9 months

Salary:
£17.00-£25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Torbay, Devon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
