To standardise Expectations for driving the 19 bedded Frailty Unit forwards as anticipated from a Trust and National frameworks perspective for Frailty patients.

To be a visible ward Leader who interacts holistically with the wider Multi Disciplinary Team, patients, patient relatives and carers as appropriate.

You will provide Leadership to a diverse nursing team.

You will ensure that patients and their families are treated with compassion, dignity and respect alongside a multi-disciplinary team of therapists and Social Care, therefore collaborative communication skills will be a necessity.


You will be able to promote a safe environment for patients and staff members and oversee the principles of safer staffing on the ward.

You will also be responsible for presenting quality information to all members of the Multidisciplinary Team, as well as at the Daily PDF meetings.
