ADMINISTRATOR/STOCK CONTROLLER

  • 20 hours per week (5 hours per day Mon to Thurs)
- £ 12.50 per hour

New opportunity for an administrator to provide administration mainly in the accounts department to support the Accounts Manager. This is a varied role overseeing that both the accounts & stock system are in line with one another and ensuring all transactions are posted accurately and in a timely manner

There will be the opportunity to increase the hours worked as the role becomes more developed.

Administrator (Part Time) - Job Overview

  • Processing of purchase invoices & returns ensuring that deliveries have been received.
  • Handle and progress daytoday queries from clients, suppliers/contractors and staff
  • Weekly Stock Reports/Negative stock reports
  • Monthly Purchase Ledger reports
  • Processing & logging holiday forms
  • Keeping the accounts mailbox update and clear
  • Maintaining the company diary
  • Reconciling purchase statements
  • H&S administration yet to be established
  • Support the Accounts Manager with any adhoc tasks as required

Administrator (Part Time) - Required Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of Sage 100 an advantage although not essential
  • Proven Administration experience
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Word & Excel
