Hobson Prior is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist on a permanent basis. This role focuses on maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) whilst developing diagnostic capabilities. This includes supporting internal audits, assisting with client audits, and providing support for quality department initiatives.

Responsibilities:

n- Work alongside the team to maintain all aspects of the QMS, including Change Controls, Non-Conformities, CAPAs, and Customer Complaints.n- Support continuous improvements in the QMS and maintain compliance of Quality processes by conducting internal audits.n- Assist with audits, both internally and externally, including desk-based, remote, and on-site audits of subcontractors and suppliers.n- Work with other Quality Assurance staff to provide support to departments, such as reporting on Quality Metrics and assisting in training personnel on matters relating to the QMS.n- Support Quality department initiatives as part of a multi-disciplinary team.


Key Skills and Requirements:

n- Experience working within a Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Quality Assurance department.n- Knowledge of GxP and Quality related regulations and standards within the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device industry.n- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GCP is essential.n- Knowledge of ISO 21CFR Part 820, ISO17025, Clinical Trials experience, ISO13485 Lead auditor would be beneficial.
