Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating various projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed, on time, and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure, ensuring that project goals, objectives, and deliverables are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to track progress and ensure that project milestones are met.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues and minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including stakeholders, clients, and internal departments, to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize project management methodologies and techniques.
  • Foster a collaborative and resultsdriven team environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals and deliver highquality results.
  • Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
  • Setting reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks
  • Making travel and hotel arrangements
  • Planning conferences, workshops, and other events
  • Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients and press
  • Preparing expense reports and maintaining a filing system.

Qualifications:

Majors:

  • Prefer to have a bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field or work experience in the field.
  • Following up with the seniors and other team member.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).

Minors:

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
